Finish: Mill ruins at Aber Draw – SM 834 324

Services: Youth hostel at Pwll Deri. (Fishguard TIC: 01437 776636; fishguard.tic@ pembrokeshire.gov.uk.) There’s a café at Tregwynt Mill, 1.1 kilometres off the main route, but close to the high-water alternative. Public toilets in Abercastle. B&Bs, hostel, campsite, toilets, pub and café in Trefin, 450 metres from the end of this section
