Start: Newport (Iron Bridge over the Nevern River) – SN 062 394

Finish: Fishguard (Lower Town) – SM 962 371

Maps: Ordnance Survey Explorer OL35 North Pembrokeshire, Landrangers 145 Cardigan & Mynydd Preseli and 157 St David’s & Haverfordwest

Services: Newport has accommodation, places to eat, shops, a chemist, cash machine, launderette and public toilets. Toilets at Parrog and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys. Pub and toilets at Pwllgwaelod near Dinas Island. Campsites on Dinas Island and at Penrhyn. The latter has a seasonal shop that is open to non-campers. The town of Fishguard has a good range of facilities, including accommodation, places to eat, cash machines, shops and a launderette
