These are the Official Guides to the Wales Coast Path as commissioned, recognised, endorsed and checked by Natural Resources Wales, the government body who care for and manage the path.
The official guides cover the whole Welsh coast in seven consecutive main sections. The guide for each section is numbered and colour-coded.
The official guides describe the path as a linear route. Running from North to South, the seven main sections are: North Wales Coast, Isle of Anglesey, Llyn Peninsula, Snowdonia and Ceredigion Coast, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthen Bay and Gower, and the South Wales Coast.
They are complemented by a series of handy, pocket-size books of Top 10 Walks: short, circular walks on the Wales Coast Path: North Wales coast, Anglesey, Llyn peninsula, Snowdonia & Ceredigion coast, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthen Bay & Gower, and the South Wales Coast. Circular walks include lovely routes to lighthouses, pubs and teashops along the coast.
Handy, pocket-size, user-friendly books of fully licensed Ordnance Survey mapping are also available for key sections of the Wales Coast Path.
